Bondsmen are experts at getting people out of jail quickly so they can continue with their life while preparing for the court date. When you get arrested, a bond is made upon your release to assure the court that you will return for your court date. A bail bondsman can make this process less stressful for an incarcerated person and their family/friends. It is our goal to get you home as quickly as possible. We have experience with the process involved and are very familiar with the courts. Being arrested is difficult, but if your first call is to a professional bail bondsman like us, we will help in the following ways:
- Meet with the arrested person at the jail to let them know that help is on the way.
- Work with the defendant or friends & family to secure a co-signer and arrange for a bail bond to be ready as soon as the bail amount is set.
- Coordinate with an attorney (if you have one) to keep them informed about court dates and legal obligations.
- Participate in court with the arrested person and pay the bail to the court clerk.
Usually the morning after an arrest, a judge will set the full bail amount. Typically securing a bail bond with a bondsman will cost a percentage of that amount. You will not know that amount until that initial court session is held, but you do not need to wait for an amount to begin speaking with us. Let us prepare and be there with you to make this process move as quickly as possible.
We are available when your friends and family are asleep. We work around the clock helping people. If you find yourself in jail at any time of the day or night, we are standing by to assist you and to get you out of jail as quickly as possible.
